The hotel surprisingly exceeded my expectations with clean, comfortable rooms and attentive service. The location was secure and historic, although the TV channels were limited. The dining experience was good, despite ongoing refurbishments. However, a slight communication issue affected my refund at checkout.

The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and had a big bathroom with a walk-in shower, which was pretty amazing for a single room. I was impressed with the deluxe suite, also classified as the bridal suite.

The staff were lovely, very welcoming, and attentive, from the night Porter who accommodated our late return to the ever-present Lauren with her positive attitude. They were really nice and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a big bathroom, but it was incredibly hot and located next to a noisy cocktail bar that kept me up till 3 am. The service, however, was exceptional and very polite, with special attention given due to a wedding. The location was good for reaching my destination quickly but was noisy due to its main road positioning. The dining experience was decent, with a variety of options, and overall, the hotel provided a satisfactory experience.
